Clients travel from out of state to sit in Madrid's chair. His hands-on technique covers the full spectrum of hair services: precision cuts, color, natural hair, locs, chemical treatments, weaving, and non-surgical hair replacement. Beyond the salon, Madrid formulated his own professional product line — the Bleu Champu collection including Coconut Yogurt, Liquid Texture Lotion, the Opulence Relaxer System, Ultimate Loc-Knot Twist Cream, and Madrid's Luxurious Shampoo — giving clients salon-quality results at home.
